Although we do not use gluten/ dairy (aside from ghee)/ soy in our facility, we are not a certified allergen friendly facility. 

We suggest freezing our products upon arrival and taking them out of the freezer as you eat them. Everything lasts for up to 3 months in the freezer. Cookies last for up to 30 days in the fridge. Our bread and bagels last for up to 7 days in the fridge. 

Your order must be in by Monday at midnight to ship the following Monday.

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products. All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your order please email us at info@alliannaskitchen.com. We highly recommend buying shipping insurance on all orders.
